Weekday catch

I will have a new post Sunday night April 26.. as I write this we are just coming off a successful Saturday on Lake George.... Earlier in the week....I was off lake george and took a few guys from conn. out crappie fishing on toga.The mornings were cold,with wind off and on and rain.We managed 8 fish in total by 11am.on the first morning.After a quick lunch, i took the guys to a couple of my special spots and swore them to secrecy.I knew the afternoon water would be a good 3-5 degrees warmer here.From 2-5pm we boated 61 crappie.Yesterday we slept in at 1:30 i met the guys at my dock on saratoga lake.I was (am)nursing a bad cold so i bundled up while terry and lee took their limit of crappie .Find the slightly warmer water and the crappies are there.They should be red hot this weekend.Just look for the tight concentration of boats.That will be were the crappie are.1\16-1\8 hair jigs with and withuot a tipped minnow, and suspended 1-3 feet under a light casting bobber will do the trick.I'll be on george this weekend and will fill you in there.
